Every fortnight or month we celebrate a young doer who lives up to the ideals and practices of YESALA through The YESALA Spotlight. The YESALA Spotlight is a two-way value building platform which involves primarily recognition of a pacesetter and secondly learning from the pacesetter the good and outstanding practices that made them deserve the spotlight in the first place. In other words, YESALA spotlights exceptional changemakers when they have something important to say in order to build value in others. In the age of enterprise and changemaking, the most valued changemaker amongst us is the young doer who recognizes the true value of mutual exchange, selflessly driven and takes the opportunity of a spotlight shining on them to share thoughts, views, ideas, knowledge and experiences of value built from their experiences; value which they believe will shape the experiences of other young changemakers for the betterment of society.
